Picture and sound keep dropping out.
Our box has started dropping the picture and sound when it’s woken up from the remote. The only way to stop it and be able to watch anything is to turn the box off at the mains and wait til it has booted up. We shouldn’t have to do this at all but recently we have been needing to do it several times a day. How do we report this and get a resolution?
