Netflix

My netflix channel(204) does not let me log in i get just a res circle going round all the time. i have rest the box 3 times and spoke to someone on the phone he was as much use as a chocolate fireguard.He said its not a virgin problem when i told him if i goto my firetv stick and use the netflix app it works no problem at all it will let me watch what i like but it will not work on my virgin box.

    What happens if you access netflix directly using the app instead of from the EPG?

  • It is the same it will not let me get in i just have the red circle going around but it works ok on the fire tv stick.

    The Netflix "channel" is just a red-button shortcut to the app.

    Is there any difference if you find a Netflix programme in the EPG, and load it directly by selecting "watch from Netflix"?

      No it is just the same it will not load from the EPG or the app, but works ok on my firetv stick.

      it must be a fault at virgin's end else it would not work on my tv stick.

        Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV box and the Netflix application. Does this happen with any other applications? Please could you try to reboot both your TV box and router? Hopefully this will work for you but if it doesn't please come back to us and we can get this looked into further.
