When I try to watch Black Mirror Bandersnatch on my V6 it just plays the "Sorry your device is not compatible" video for 2 minutes then goes back to menu.
It's not the TV as I can watch it perfectly ok on phone or laptop (I am watching it on TV thru laptop now)
But it won't play via the Netflix app on V6. Is this common or is there a way to update Netflix app on V6 to watch via the V6 box?

VM TV boxes aren't like phones or tablets, for updates & uninstalls - the app is provided and managed by VM centrally.
I too get the same video on this particular programme, so can only presume Netflix have put this message in-place to explain the incompatibility. You'll need to play this programme on another device.

This is only going to be of use if the programme in question is proven to play on the TV360-Netflix app!!
Using a V6 myself, I can't test it - but I have some doubts. Pinging newapollo who I know uses TV360 - can you please test?
Greenockboy - Is there any particular episode you are having problems with as there are 7 seasons pf the actual program? Have you tried using a different HMDI cable?
I have just tested Black Mirror Bandersnatch, series 7 episode 1 (Common People) on my 360 via Netflix and it plays without any issues. I also tested season 1 episode 1 (The National Anthem) and that also played without any problems.
