light on virgin box ??
cam home today and my box had no light visible on the front of the box? this has never happend before, switched it off and back on and the box took about 5 mins to turn back on, faulty box??

Just to clarify, your V6 had no front lights, as if there was no mains power supply? You then toggled the rocker switch and it came back on?
The ~5 minute reboot is about right for a cold-boot, but the power-off bit isn't.

Can I just ask if the same thing has happened since your last post?
If so, please let me know as we may need to look at this in more depth and arrange for the box to be swapped.
