ITVX issues on our V6 box

old thread resurrection - but keeps it in one place.............

I too have constantly had ITVX issues on our V6 box,   constant connectivity issues, time-outs and lately also the inability to pause/FF/rewind. 

All other "on demand" or streaming services work fine

ITVX works fine using the smart TV but not through Virgin.

    We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with ITV X on your V6 box. Checking the history of threads you've raised before, we can't see any previous issues where you've reported this. 

    We've tried to run through some checks on your V6 box, but have not been able to connect to the box. Can you please reboot the box and leave it on. Post back here to let us know so we can then run some checks at this end 😊

    Yours seems to be a new issue, so has been moved to a new thread.

    When exactly is "lately" that you can't pause/FF/rewind, and what appens when you try?

    What are the "constant connectivity issues" you're having - can you be a bit more specific? Same question for the timeouts.

    Are you using a single V6, or multiroom? And how is this V6 connected to your home-hub?
