Channel 4 not recording

I’ve had an issue with Channel 4 for a while now. Every time it records something from a series link on Channel 4 it looks as though the show has recorded in the ‘My Shows’ list. But when I come to play the show I get a message telling me that nothing has been recorded because there was no video signal on the channel.

I currently have channel 4 on the box and it’s playing fine so unless there is a repeated problem which only occurs when my box is supposed to be recording then I’m not sure what the issue is. I’ve reset the box and my router but that hasn’t made a difference. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    In no particular order... Are these failed recordings at a specific time of day? Do you have multiple other tuners recording at the same time? If you set 6 different channels to record at the same time, do all 6 recordings work?

    I've had this error a handful of times over the years, but it's always been a one-off glitch. If you're having it on a regular basis, the above questions might help identify a pattern or underlying tuner issue.

      It happens whenever I try to record from Channel 4. But on Friday evenings I do record two things at the same time and one records no problem,

        As per my previous post, try setting 6 simultaneous recordings. This should rule out a tuner issue.
