Why is Amazon music app unavailable on TV360 I had it on my previous box?
Is there anyway to get Amazon music on my tv360 box

Virgin boxes are rented, so remain VM property. Hence the app selection is controlled directly by VM. If Amazon wanted VM to carry their app, they must first sign an agreement for carriage & then code their own app (at their expense) specifically to operate on the Horizon platform boxes.
No such app exists on any VM box.
