Why can’t I record

I’ve just switched my tv and broadband to Virgin (yesterday) and am just familiarising myself with the new services.
However I am disappointed to note that I can no longer record any tv programmes. Reading through this forum I apparently need a 360 box which I haven’t been given as part of my set up. I had understood that with all tv updates I would automatically get a 360 box

Is this correct and if so how can I obtain mine??

    From 1st April all TV offerings are the Apollo streaming box.  The 360 is at extra cost.  However if you are in a Nexfibre FTTP area, streaming is the only offer.  VM 360 needs a co-ax connection, so legacy areas only .
