Why can’t I record
I’ve just switched my tv and broadband to Virgin (yesterday) and am just familiarising myself with the new services.
However I am disappointed to note that I can no longer record any tv programmes. Reading through this forum I apparently need a 360 box which I haven’t been given as part of my set up. I had understood that with all tv updates I would automatically get a 360 box
Is this correct and if so how can I obtain mine??
