VM not transmitting correct programs.

Why are VM not showing the correct episodes of Gardeners world?
We set our 360 box to record the program every week but last week it didn't record the program. Checking the program guide it  showed it was episode 26 and has we've only got it set to record new episodes.

 

 

 

 

Where it was episode 29, has can be seen in the picture bellow.

The previous week it recorded the correct one but it was the signed version from Sunday morning.
Next Fridays is correct at the moment

It has only happened on this program.

    Hi there, welcome to the Virgin Media forums.

    Virgin Media does not control what is broadcasted by the BBC, nor does it control what episode they say it is. This isn't a Virgin Media issue, this is an issue with the BBC.

    Incorrect metadata for the episodes does occasionally happen, also the 360 will record the first available episode of a series even if for example you set it for Wednesday if it's shown on the Monday before it will record that one. The good thing occasionally is that if it only partially records something it will record the episode if it's shown again.
