Was able to upload 360 at first now the remote doessnt pair with mt V6 box it doesnt get past the two screen displays before staying in the red light sometimes works for awhile but putting it back in standby mode it stays there and have to restart the box also no volume

Have tried re pairing the remote but after going throuh the stages it doesnt 'beep' after pressing the up channel like most others have tried the utterly useless site for help but to no avail

You no longer have a V6 box, it's now termed a TV360 box.

Have you tried inserting new batteries in the TV360 remote?

Which two screen displays are you seeing before the red light is displayed?  It's probably the normal start up and welcome screens.

When the standby red light is displayed have you tried pressing the standby button on the front right of the 360 box? (shown in the picture below) to bring the box out of standby

Ref the no volume.  Are you using a soundbar or is the volume set to come directly through the TV?

Have you tried to re-pair the remote by holding down the 'Live TV' (the one on the right hand side directly below the red power/standby button) and '0' button together for around 10/15 seconds. The Standby button should then start to flash followed by an onscreen message displaying 'Pairing successful - this remote will only work with this Virgin 360 box'.

You can also try the following:-

Put the box into 'Pairing Mode' by pressing the Standby/On button on the front of the 360 box for 10 seconds.  Then using the remote control, press and hold the 'Live TV' button and the '0' button together for 10/15 seconds. And fingers crossed hopefully a  message should appear on the screen confirming that pairing was successful.
