Virgin TV 360 upgrade

Hi all

I received an e-mail saying I could upgrade to a 360 box at no extra cost. I filled in my details and clicked the ' Switch Now ' link 

I have not had a confirmation or, any notification as to whether they have received my request.  Should I have received one. Or do they just send the equipment ?

    You should receive the 360 remote in the first instance to allow you to update your existing V6.  There is no going back to TiVo after this update.

    I received an email either later that day, or possibly the next day advising courier details. Hope this helps

        If you have an existing V6, you will not get a new box, it will just be a remote.  The 360 software will install on your old V6.  This is the "upgrade"...  Note you will lose all recordings etc. from the old box when doing the upgrade.
