Virgin keep fobbing me off with regards to my delivey
Hi, I’ve should have received my delivery of a remote for the upgrade and a mini box last Tuesday. This did not turn up and received a text stating ‘due to circumstances beyond our control’. I contacted virgin and was promised it would be there the next day by 21:30. This failed to happen. Contacted again and was promised next day, this didn’t happen! Was promised within 24 hours and I’m still waiting. Yodel is stating the package is still with Virgin Media, Virgin is saying the package is with yodel. This is a complete shambles. I understand there could be issues but don’t expect to be lied to by three different employees!
