I have just upgraded to 360 but my Amazon prime just comes up with something went wrong. I can see others have this problem hope can i rectify this

I have done the upgrade and I cannot get into any streaming services Netflix prime or itv

All the apps rely on your network connection how is the box connected to the hub, wi-fi or ethernet cable.
If iPlayer also doesn't work and you are connected using ethernet cable I would try a factory reset using the keep recordings option.
It's only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options,
Keep Recordings
Format Disk
Choose Keep Recordings, that means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, you will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV-X again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.
If Amazon prime is the only app you are having problems with and have tried rebooting the box with a power off and on again and that hasn't helped then I would try a factory reset.
