Virgin 360
I have had an email from VM on how to upgrade my V6 box to VM360 , do I take it that I decide when this happens . I have read somewhere once I recieve the new remote it has to be done then .

If you take up the offer to migrate to the 360 platform you will be sent a 360 remote.
Once you receive the 360 remote if you don't process the update yourself using the onscreen update app then the system will automatically migrate your box to the 360 platform around 5 days after receipt of the 360 remote.
If you do migrate to the 360 horizon platform then as part of that process your hard drive will be formatted so you will lose all of your recordings and series links.
