Virgin 360 Upgrade

Another post about the 360 upgrade not working. I have my new remote, I have clicked to install now, but the MA1/1/404 error refuses to resolve. I have:
restarted the box; reset the box; Restarted it holding the minus button and seen the download icon; restarted again; all to no avail. 

Any suggestions?

    We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with 360 upgrade.

    As you've already done the reboot and the other work around, we suggest, you may need an engineer visit to check the box and swap this if needed. I'll send you a private message now.
