Virgin 360 upgrade?

I have Sky sports and 2 V6 boxes but I don’t have Virgin 360. Other people I know have received an email offering them an upgrade so they can access Sky Sports plus but I have not. Anyone else in the...

    Hi Mike, apologies you should have received an email by now - I will check with the team why this hasn't happened.

    Please can you check in your "Apps and Games" section on your V6 box to see if the "Upgrade Now" app is there?

Hi Steven

Followed Elmo360's advice and applied through the "Upgrade App". Have received an email confirmation that my order is being processed.
