Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with fast rewind and back arrow on our guide.
The rewind option should have 4 arrows with each arrow pressed resulting in a faster speed.
The channel guide should always go to to the previous show.
It might be best to power down your 360 box to see if that helps.
I’d like to investigate this for you anyway.

am talking about the navigational button left of OK - it used to move a programme or recording back 10 secs now it goes into fast rewind. Similarly on the epg it would go back one programme, now shoots back to beginning of day.
Rebooting the box doesn’t help
