Virgin 360 pixelation

I’ve been suffering with pixelation on the majority of channels for the last few days.  This is only affecting the main box on the living room and not other boxes. I’ve checked all cables to make sure they are connected correctly and I’ve rebooted however still having the same issue.  It’s almost unwatchable, any ideas? 

  • Try swapping the boxes around to see if the problem follows the box, if it doesn't you will need to call Virgin to get an engineer to check your signal levels or update the thread and wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days. 🤞

    Are the other boxes all 360 boxes or do you also have flex/stream boxes.

     

  • Hey thanks for your suggestion, weirdly it seems to have stopped so possibly localised VM issue… I’ll keep an eye on it though and swap boxes about if it reoccurs 👍👍👍

      pixelation is a regular occurrence here, it comes and goes, they cant find anything with my equipment or cables, best guess its a network issue affecting some users but not all.
