Virgin 360 not playing recorded programs

Virgin media Engineer came out to fix issue with box not playing recorded program, he said it was probably a software issues & replaced the box tried a few recordings & they worked or so I thought, but series linked recording aren’t playing ie last nights MoTd didn’t record it appears items are recorded after 10pm when you try the recording it states oops couldn’t connect to virgin media any ideas how to fix this if I report it again they will probably change the box

  • Was the 360 in standby mode when the recordings should have been made, if it was make sure the box is set to Fast Start or Active Start and not set to Eco Start. The 360 need's to wake up to do the recordings and also connect to the hub.
