V360 box constantly freezing and needing resets

I’ve had my V360 box for a few years now, and over the last few weeks it’s been having constant issues. It keeps freezing, apps won’t load or connect properly, and I often have to unplug it or do a factory reset just to get it working again. These fixes only seem to help for a couple of days before the problems start all over again. Is it possible to have the box replaced?

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your 360 box. Checking here, there's nothing to suggest there is a fault with the box so we won't be able to send a replacement however we can arrange an engineer visit for you. The engineer will be able to check the box over and if needed, will replace on the visit too.
