Upgrade to Virgin Tv 360 . Error TM4/19/10-1-2000000

Hi,

I can see that several members have had this issue, was there a definitive fix.

I’ve been trying since the Email was sent which no joy .

I’ve tried the usual, resetting the box while standing on one leg , but still get the error message that we couldn’t process your order with the above error code.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

  • Update, We have two boxes , just tried on the box upstairs and the order has been processed…..Does that mean I should get two remotes ?
