Updating two v6 boxes

Hi

I have just upgraded to 360 on one of my v6 boxes and got a message saying I will receive my remote in 5 days.

All good but as I have two V6 boxes and read they will update at the same time. Will I automatically be sent two remotes?

When I go to upgrade on the other box it's coming up with a error. Don't know if this is because they will automatically send two remotes or if there is a issue on that box

    Fundamentally TV360 is a completely different TV platform to TiVo/V6, and when you request a conversion - you're doing so for all the boxes in your home.

    Its giving an error because you've already requested the upgrade and that will cover all your boxes.  

    You will get two remotes and once the upgrade has completed on one, the other will start automatically.
