Your post has been moved to a new thread.
What is it about your TV360 service that needs correcting - can you explain your issue?

I’ve had it three weeks now, and I hate it. All I’ve done, apart from a couple of weekly programmes,is watch dvds, YouTube and Amazon Prime movies are the only things to watch.

I’ll be leaving too, after being with Cable since 1993.

Virgin V6 was absolutely brilliant. I’m sickened to have lost it.

Out of interest, why did you choose to convert to TV360? The differences between the two platforms are well documented.

I think you need to say what problems you are having, from your post's in this thread and the above it sounds like you have lost your V6 recordings and watchlist which is normal when changing your software from V6 (TiVo) to 360 (Horizon) and it does say in the instructions you should have received to watch all your recordings.
The hard drive is reformatted before the ' update ' so deletes everything.
CaroleannP18 wrote:If they don’t correct this I will leave them when my contact is ended. For me, generally nothing to watch. All my shows and Wish List gone. Sickening…
Unless you have changed your package then everything to watch should be the same between the V6 and 360.
Edited to say; I see the post's in the other thread have now been moved to this one.

Wishlists are a patented TiVO feature, this therefore cannot be duplicated on the Horizon platform. As Horizon is Virgin’s new parent company’s TV platform, eventual migration onto it will be inevitable.

Completely agree. My contract had come to an end and this was a renewal so was changed to new software and yes I was told I would lose my recordings so I thought I’d search for them again and create wish lists but no. Wasn’t happy or looking forward to that but hey ho. This is not an upgrade or improvement. It’s a change of software. The picture may be better but the user friendliness has gone. It’s no different to anything else that’s ‘new’ nowadays. They all look the same. It’s fussy and cheap looking and the remote is awful.
I too joined Diamond Cable in 1993 and have been a customer since - never flinching but this will see me gone. Let’s face it they won’t be bothered about losing a few customers as it’s all in the name of staying current and modern. People seem to accept loss of decent things and price rises without question now in the guise of modern technology upgrades.- japittsVery Insightful Person

It's too late for you now, but to reinforce the point for others.
1: Contracts don't come to an end, they just finish their minimum term and continue.
2: Conversions to TV360 are always a choice - there are only very limited circumstance where they are a requirement of a new bundle. VM sales do have some past form in persuading people otherwise.
A new package will come with 14days statutory "cooling-off", reverting you to being under-contract but out-of-minimum-term. The migration to TV360 is irreversible, potentially save where there has been mis-selling.
