Unable to access subscribed App
I'm trying to access subscribed content via Subscriptions in Virgin360. After selecting I receive an error code #TS2/2/10337. The message reports 'There's been a technical glitch. Please try again or head to'.
I've verified that the #TNT Sports subscription is active but I can't access it via the #Subscriptions App which is frustrating.
