TV360

I had a V6 box when they "upgraded" to TV360 and it has never worked properly since. VM seem uninterested in fixing the issue and I have wasted hours of my time. I suspect my only recourse in the end will be court.

    It's the first time you've posted about problems with your TV360... so what are they?

    Feel free to be as detailed & specific as may help other experienced users advise.

  • Before you take Virgin to court as japitts suggested you should say what the problems are if you want one of the forum team to help.

    The usual problem after upgrading from an old V6 box to 360 is that you get recording issues. This is usually the box losing the recordings and planned recordings and pause and rewind not working. If this is the problem then you will need the box replacing, if it's not the problem then you will need to say what it is.

    I have specified the details to the Resolution Team and they agree that the TV box needs replacing but it has not happened yet.  Communication by telephone is almost impossible and by text chat was also a failure. Customer service is appalling as confirmed by Which? If this issue is resolved I will post back. and close the thread.
