TV360 Upgrade

Hi, I recently received my new TV360 remote controls in order to upgrade my old TiVo boxes to TV360 software. However, the update message has disappeared from my settings and my apps and help are all greyed out so I can’t update.  When I called about this asking if the upgrade message could be resent, I was told I would need to have an engineer out to swap boxes.  However, I thought the whole point of having the new remotes sent out was so that this was just a software update I could manage myself.  Any ideas would be greatfully received - is it best just to make an engineer appt?   Thanks.

  • If you have 2 V6 boxes like the one pictured below then you should be able to update both to 360 software keeping recording ability on both boxes.

    If an engineer is going to swap out both boxes I would check what you are receiving.
