TV360 remote

I upgraded online to TV360 and was told my kit would be delivered 11/04/24 by courier. I then rec an email to tell me my remote would be posted but don’t worry if you’re not in because it’s small enough to go through the letter box. Kit arrived and sat on table awaiting the postman with the remote ! Eventually on opening the box 2 remotes inside. Did the upgrade, quite straight forward, unfortunately on my contract I now seem to have lost TNT sport 🤬 and I’m still waiting for my remote 🤣🤣🤣
