tv360 frustration

We are coming to the end of our patience with our tv 360 box, in 18 mths we are now on our third unit and the faults just seem to get worse and at the end of June Virgin want to hike our monthly cost by over £90, unbelievable in this day and age that this company can't get the technology right. We get a mix of unit not wanting to wake from standby, when it does wake we get full time purple or blue screen, sometimes it wakes and then shuts down so that the only way to get it fired up is to reboot from the power switch, sometimes it starts the tv but the screen displays a no signal message. 

I think its  time we went back to Sky.

    What else is this doing, does it not just turn on after being in standby?

    Is there any pixilation or error messages?
