TV not recording

My TV is not recording programmes. When I want to watch a recorded programme from the 360 box, there is a revolving red circle followed by a message that the programme failed to record with an error code of CS2200. 

I do have another TV with a 360 box and I can actually watch the recorded programmes on that TV, which failed to record on the other TV.

The internet is connected on both TV’s.

Any ideas?

    CS 2200 is recording PLAYOUT failed, not recording failed. Unless you firmware converted 2 TiVO V6 boxes to V360, you will only have one recording box & one streaming box. If you can watch these recordings on the box the recordings are stored on, but not on the streaming box then there is an issue with the connection between the streaming box & your VM internet hub. How is the streaming box connected to your hub?

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with playing a recording on one of your 360 boxes. The error code CS2200 simply means the TV box is having an issue playing a recording. As mentioned by nodrogd, it sounds as though there may be an issue with the connection of your box to the internet. 

    As the recording is playing on another box, it's not the recording itself. It's worth running through the checks here. This will help you to go through diagnostics to help resolve the issue.
