TV guide won't fully load

The TV guide for every channel only shows what's on now and next. The guide won't list anything afterwards, and it won't record episodes of any series now. It's an older Horizon box. Started happening a few days ago. I got a new smart TV a few days before but can't figure out why this would affect it. Tried unplugging both the horizon box and the Internet router and plugged back in to see if that worked but it didn't. Any other suggestions?

    Are you based in Ireland by any chance? These forums are for VM UK and as such have only released the main TV360 along with the mini 360 without a hard drive as a second set top box. 

    If you are based in Ireland then try the https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/ page

    Have you checked online using the /check-services/   function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.  If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

     

  • I know you are probably in Ireland but if the box won't record anything does the basic pause and rewind live TV still work. If it doesn't then you have a faulty box which will need replacing, and as newapollo has said you will need to contact Virgin media Ireland to have it replaced.
