Tv and broadband fault

Hi, 

I have had intermittent service on tv and broadband on and off for a few days now. I signed up for text alerts and the first message said the issue had been identified and was due to be fixed today. I then received another one to say this would now be fixed on the 26th. That is over a week with dodgy tv picture and internet. Please could someone look into this as it really isn’t on when I’m paying for a service I’m not getting the benefit from.

  • That's the problem with a residential TV and broadband supplier, no SLA.

    You aren't entitled to compensation either as it's not a full outage over 48 hours (2 business days):

    So, nothing you can do.

    The VM representatives on here won't be able to give you any more information than you already have, other than a reference number, and promises of their engineers doing everything they can to resolve.
