TV 360 upgrade issues

I’ve just upgraded to TV 360 on my V6 box. Previously I connected via HDMI2 and HDMI3 ports for access to other services like NOW TV, and my Firestick which offered me Disney+ and Paramoiunt. Now, when trying to connect to These HDMI ports I get NO SIGNAL FOUND. The V6 box power indicator is constantly an amber light, not white. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi garry1503,

Do you use a soundbar or any audio equipment. If you do make sure that is connected to the TV's eARC connector.

If you don't use a soundbar etc make sure the 360 isn't connected to the TV's eARC connector it has been known to cause problems but usually with lip sync.

You could try disconnecting everything and then start adding devices after the 360 box has rebooted.

The white light on my 360 is also more amber than white.

      Hi Ashleigh,

it has resulted in an engineer booked to come on Friday morning but I am unsure now as to whether I will need him. The problem I now have is that first thing each morning, the tv box is always red and I have to press the button for it to turn amber and it then kicks into action. Why does the light turn from amber to red overnight? Is it that the box goes into standby mode overnight and I just need to press the button the remote to kick it into action each morning?

The 360 will switch into standby automatcally if it's not used.

If you go to Settings > System > Standby time, you can change between 4, 5, 6 or 24 hours before the 360 is put into standby when there is no interaction with it.
