Just to clarify things you received a 360 remote and updated your V6 box to a 360 box.
What problems are you having with recordings, failed recordings or the box deleting recordings. If the box is deleting recordings and planned recordings that is a sign that the box is faulty and needs replacing.
Can you pause and rewind live TV which is a quick test of the hard drive.

We're sorry to hear the remote isn't working and that you're having some issues with the recordings.
It's normal to keep your existing box and receive a software upgrade with the new remote.
