Trying to delete a recording of the simpsons and its not deleting

Trying to delete a episode of the Simpsons and its not deleted the rest of the others are but it's not working on this one I contacted virgin on messenger they said go to factory reset and that will delete everything and try a fresh start again it says do you want to delete this episode or keep the whole series tried delete the one episode not going

    You could try using the TVGO app to delete the episode.

      @roy247 Hero it doesn't work with 360 box tv go app I've tried it its not compatible I'll Try again to delete it if nothing happens then I don't know what to do

    Apparently I've messaged virgin media on messenger they say its a technical fix fault issue that's gone wrong so the team are trying to get the fix done they see its not deleting from planned recordings that's why
