Can someone help me about the recordings not appearing but a code cs 2712.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your recordings! Can I just confirm does the error only on recordings, not on any live shows at all?
When you say they aren't appearing do you mean you can see the recordings but they don't play.
Just to rule out a possible hard drive problem can you still pause and then play back live TV, or even just rewind live TV.
