My 360 box was stuck on the Welcome Screen and after trying the fixes none worked.
I rang up 150 and got through to the technical help and after checking a few things (like I had forgotten my password…) the very helpful lady arranged for a new box to be delivered.
Arrived today and after a few updates all is good - I knew my recordings were lost but a great service.
Thanks Virgin - a pat on the back!
