 I would like to update my very negative blog regarding the appalling service I received as a new Virginmedia new customer wrong hub installed, receiving warless boosters, two failed home visits and other technical issues over 4 weeks. I can now report all my issues have now been resolved.

 

My complaints posted on Trustpilot and the Virginmedia customer forum were picked up by Lee R. Virginmedia manager and resolved, I now have three boosters, new mark 5 hub all sorted by a brilliant service engineer Adam, service number 81278, this guy needs special thank you, friendly, helpful, and connected all my devices to the new Wi/Fi network a credit to Virginmedia.

 

All my issues resolved without the frustrations of the call centre, very pleased with the broadband service, hopefully will continue to function.
