Received 360 handset information sheet tells you what it does but doesn’t tell you how to make it work . Took me some time to work it out need to activate it through the 360 App an update leaflet with handset would be nice
but I still don’t want it . 1 virgin handset turns on TV box and soundbar on but won’t turn soundbar off ! 2 won’t operate TV just virgin 3 TV remote operates TV only so now I need 3 three remotes to operate TV box and sound bar 360 handset won’t link with sound bar error CS9993. 4 search & record guide doesn’t show when show first broadcast 5 360 doesn’t show record live and streaming Option 6 need to now press button 6 times to get to recordings. 7cant record a show from start if the show has already started
and I’m sure there will be other differences between the V6 handset and 360 that make 360 worse but I’m told my old V6 had old software that had to be updated At present I don’t like it

It always helps if you give the make and model numbers of the TV and soundbar.
How have you tried pairing your TV's remote to the 360, have you tried Ziggo or Ziggo media box next or Ziggo set-top box, Ziggo is what the box is called in the Netherlands. The make of your TV might help in getting the best response.
The quickest way to get to your recordings is by using voice control and saying recording's, voice control can be a shortcut to a few things.
My 360 remote turns my LG TV and soundbar and 360 box on and off by pressing the red power button with one power set to on.

1 virgin handset turns on TV box and soundbar on but won’t turn soundbar off ! and 2 won’t operate TV just virgin Pressing the red power button on the 360 box turns on and off all equipment that's connected with an HDMI cable provided you have turned on one power on the 360 box (Settings > System > One Power) The Equipment that you want the TV360 to control should also have HDMI-CEC turned on.

The CS9993 error is usually solved by rebooting the 360 box, as in most instances the 360 box hasn't recognised that it has an internet connection. This error though can sometimes be caused by a local fault which also affects other customers. 4 search & record guide doesn’t show when show first broadcast The 360 can only show the information that the broadcaster has supplied. If they don't give VM the date first broadcast information then VM can't display it. The first aired date can also be incorrect as the program may have aired on a different channel previously, or if it's by an overseas broadcaster then they might show the date the program first aired in it's originating country and not the date first aired in the UK
5 360 doesn’t show record live and streaming Option You can use the search button to find live and streaming options. You can also use the voice control to find a program by name or a channel by name, or to open an app. You can also use the context button (3 dots) on the remote to find program episodes and if they are available live, or on catch up/on demand/streaming app/ another channel

7cant record a show from start if the show has already started It may be possible to record the +1 version of a program. The +1 channels are available between channels 300 and channel 359. There may also be a repeat shoing available. Some programs are also available to play from the start. hat's handy with Sky Sports channels if you subscribe to Sky Sports. On this point, it's not how the V6 guide operates and I don't see why TV360 should be any different. Particularly on imported programmes or those shown in the RoI previously, the "foreign" first aired date sometimes slips through. but this usually comes under the banner of "guide errors" and is often corrected.
