Syncing Issues on Catch up TV

This keeps happening to me too. Normal TV is fine, on demand/catch up subtitles seem to be about 10-15 minutes behind. Factory reset hasn't worked (thanks Roy247 for the suggestion though). Any answers Virgin Media? I only have partial hearing so I do rely on subtitles quite a bit.

    Same here. It's as if the adverts at the beginning are the issue

      Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the subtitles.

      Can you confirm if a reboot of the box helps? Does this happen on all programs or just specific ones?

    Do you find this happens on all programmes or just one, or certain programmes?

      Hi, this happens to us also. It's anything that we watch on demand. The subtitles are not even close to where they should be, like minutes behind.

      We've tried factory reset but this had no effect
