Subtitles

I’ve been watching Game of Thrones on demand with subtitles, have just upgraded to 360, now the subtitles are no longer available. Why is this. ?

    Which episode?  I have just checked a couple for subtitles and they're available.

    If you press the info (...) button it says if subtitles are available, you can also try using the voice control and say "subtitles on".
