I’ve got exactly the same problem and have tried exactly the same things without success. Tried to get some technical help dialling 150 but was just directed to a web page rather than a human being who could actually help me. Can someone monitoring this forum please respond ASAP. I currently have no TV service whatsoever
I was confused by this but found that I could scroll the red bar down by using the down arrows. Then it took me to the option to complete. Hope this works for you.

Sorry to hear that your set top box was stuck on 'install complete.' And sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing. Have you followed the advice of Chaserfree? If so, have you had any success? Or do you still require our assistance?
