Stuck on install complete page

Stuck on the install complete page. Neither the old or the new remote is allowing me to scroll down and I cannot connect the remotes to the box.

      Yeah still can’t connect either old or new remote to the box to scroll down.

    3 days with no tv now. Slow to respond. Can’t get anyone on the phones. No tv over the weekend….
