As asim18 states, replace the uninformative 'bugs squashed' text with a changelog.

What they are asking is "could you please ask your developers to publish an actual changelog".
At the moment your developers are simply writing "Bugs squashed" without explaining anything about what work they have actually completed.
I have managed IT projects and keeping detailed changelogs is the first thing I make sure happens.
Do your 360 developers have a manager? Maybe we can speak to a manager?

I agree with above posters; it's amateurish to merely cut & paste a meaningless explanation of what the upgrade means to us customers.

You guys need to understand something: VM is a communication service provider and a very good one in several ways, but communicating with customers and staff is pretty poor. If top management cared about it they would sort it out, but I guess bonuses are not paid on the basis of surveys on comms.

We just need to clarify exactly which software update you are referring to so we can raise this appropriately internally - which app or equipment is it? (For example, TV360 Hub 5, My VM, TV Go?)

I have found one change and it's the way "New Only" in advanced settings works.
I only had one current series link running setup with new only and received the update a couple of weeks ago checked my recordings and the last episode hadn't recorded and the upcoming episode wasn't scheduled either so I tried setting up the series link again using new only and it said it was setting the recording but nothing happened so I used the from Series 21 and onwards option and it worked.
Had a play with the new only on Law and order and it said there was no new episodes sceduled so it looks like it is now looking at the date as opposed to recording something you haven't recorded before.

Sounds the same as the apps on the phone - squashing bugs to make things better ..... I guess that's the modern changelog now ;-)
