Hi - I have hub 5, “excellent” WiFi connection, but occasionally an on demand Sky Movies stream just doesn’t work. The movie plays but every few seconds it freezes and a spinning ring appears in the centre of the screen. All other apps, Netflix, Prime, all stream fine, it’s just the on demand Sky Movies that is a problem. Surely it’s a server side problem, bandwidth??
Are other non-app-based OnDemand programmes similarly affected? Remove BBC, ITV, C4 & other apps from your tests, and try any other broadcaster... Sky, UKTV, Channel 5, take your pick.
I would expect these to be similarly affected, given they all use the same tech - VM's in-house VoD platform. But let's check.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with Sky Movies OnDemand.
Have you been able to try those on other OnDemand channels kindly suggested by japitts, to see if you get a similar issue?
Do you have one than one set top box at all? If so, does this happen on all the set top boxes or just the one?
Do you have any issues watching recordings at all on that set-top box?
Is it Sky Movies HD or UHD and is this the main box or a mini box. If the hub is close enough could you try an ethernet cable to see that cure's the problem.
