Series record issue
Cannot set a series record for 1 programme (Emmerdale). Can set single event recording for the same programme.
This occurred after new 360 box delivered to replace previous 360 box (although I believe a v6 box was delivered & reprogrammed after contacting Customer Service.
Curiously, if I try to set series record (for Emmerdale) on mobile app, same result BUT I cannot get Advanced Options to display - just goes to black screen with spinning arrow.
Have tried box reboot but no change.
All other programmes tried will series record without a problem.
Any thoughts please?
