Sending out a new box

We've had the exact same problem, Virgin advised they were sending out a new box as it must be faulty.  We've been waiting nearly 2 weeks I called today and was told the order can be seen but wasn't completed properly, it has been ordered again.  Hopefully we will soon get another box and it will be sorted ?

      Nothing yet but I live in hope, no recordings on my box no catch up it’s frustrating to say the least.
