Samsung Smart TV Q80C One Remote not working with TV360

Hi,

I have recently bought a Samsung Q80C 50 inch smart TV with a One Remote. It gives the option of the One Remote controller working with TV360. However, it's not working.

I've tried using Arris DCX960 and Pace DCR7111 but neither work.

Does anyone have any suggestions

    You could try Ziggo Mediabox Next but Samsung smart remotes do seem to have problems, the Pace one sometimes works but then some users have said when the TV gets a software update it stops working but might work again when the TV receives another update.
