Request a new 360 Remote
Is it possible to request a new 360 remote ?
Although having changed the batteries it doesn’t seem to be working that well, some buttons don’t seem to work anymore

Have you tried the Virgin help page to try and order a remote, if that doesn't work one of the forum team should respond in a couple of days.
