Hi why is it I'm changing batteries so often in the 360 remote there no pop up message that appears on screen telling u remote batteries are low I'm pretty certain there used to be a pop up on screen telling u but don't seem to be now hopefully virgin will address it and fix the issue and sort it
I get the battery warning on mine. Perhaps there's an issue with your remote.
The original 360 4 battery remote without a led does fall to sleep and you give it a shake to wake it up, as I don't have the newer version 2 battery with a led that flashes when you press a button I don't know if this is still the same with the newer remote. Worth a try if you haven't already but you should still get the low battery warning, just don't replace the batteries until the remote stops working which is probably at least another 2 weeks.
