Red light on permanently on TV 360 box

Hi all , try to resolve this problem.

The red light on my TV box now stays on permanently (360 tevo I think) it used to change to white when operating, now only red ? 

I still seem to have all my channels .

 I've carried out all the usual reset procedures to no avail, thanks for your help....

    Hi Tangray 

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    The red light will be more than likely a failing LED light (mine for example has no lights at all and working fine).

    I can see you've already spoke to the team and got a tech visit booked in.

    Please let us know how the visit goes.
